Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products and data-driven services, the following items are generally non-refundable once accessed, delivered, or downloaded:

  • Market analytics

  • Data exports
  • Premium insights
  • One-time digital purchases

Refunds will not be issued where the service has been fully delivered or accessed.

Subscription Services

Chargebacks

Users agree to first contact NaiSights support before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of account access
