NaiSights does not guarantee:

• Property appreciation
• Rental performance
• Investment outcomes
• Listing accuracy
• Legal validity of property listings
• Completeness of third-party data

The Platform does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Licensed valuation services
• Licensed investment advisory services

Users should independently verify all property information and seek qualified professional advice before making legal, financial, or investment decisions.

Users may be required to create accounts to access certain Platform features.

You are responsible for:

All Platform content, including but not limited to:

• Branding
• Reports
• Databases
• APIs
• Software
• Scoring methodologies
• Analytics systems
• Visual assets

remains the property of NaiSights unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written consent.

Property scores, analytics, and estimates are algorithmically generated using available market and property data.

Scores and reports may be affected by:

• Incomplete information
• Market fluctuations
• Delayed updates
• Third-party inaccuracies
• Unverified listings

NaiSights does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any score, report, or analytical output.

The Platform may display or aggregate third-party property listings and external data sources.

NaiSights does not:

• Own listed properties
• Verify ownership of all properties
• Guarantee listing accuracy
• Guarantee pricing or availability

Transactions between users and third parties are solely between those parties.

Certain Platform services may require payment or subscription access.

Subscription terms may include:

• Advance billing
• Recurring payments
• Usage limitations
• Tier-based access restrictions

Refunds are governed by the NaiSights Refund Policy.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

By using the Platform, users acknowledge that:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Kenyan law.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaiSights, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights
• Unlawful conduct related to Platform use

NaiSights reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Restrict access
• Remove content
• Terminate services

where users violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or compromise system integrity or user safety.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

NaiSights may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal, operational, or service-related changes.

Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
